Q: Do I have to use the kit in the AM and PM?
A: It's advised to clean your face two times a day, and following all the steps to have the most impactful benefits and results. However, it is not mandatory.

Q: Will I have instant results?
A: Everyone has different results due to individual conditions. Some have results within 24 hrs, others it can be 7 days or longer. We have seen that over 90% of Héilo users see results within 7 days.

Q: What kind of results will I see?
A: Results may vary. You could see an instant glow. Other results to look for are plumping of the skin, fine lines diminishing, spots can fade, bags under eyes can firm up, as well as firmness in your skin.

Q: My skin really does glow when I use the full kit, as opposed to just one of your products. Why is that?
A: EGF works in tandem with Glycolic. It "jerks" the skin, so to speak. It's exfoliating and re-texturizing the skin, revealing fresh cells. The kit has powerful antioxidants shedding many environmental stressors, resulting in skin that has luster and is evenly toned and supple.

Q: Do you have an eye cream?
A: We will be launching additional products in the future, but we have found that the EGF Renew Crème and EGF Rejuvenating Serum absolutely help the eye area. When using the full kit, skin tightens and balances resulting in less lines and puffiness around the eyes. Please see Before and After photos.

Q: Does your product cause breakouts?
A: It can in the beginning. Why? Héilo has very high quality ingredients that can purge your skin, ridding buildup in the pores. Breakouts will stop! If they continue after 30 days, please contact us.

Q: Can I over do Glycolic Miracle Mix?
A: Skin should never be over peeled. It's like baking a cake...the longer you bake it, results in burnt cake. More is not necessarily better. If you are using Glycolic daily, PLEASE use sunscreen, which should be a must, everyday. Note: Sunscreen should be a full spectrum sunscreen with NO Lanolin.

Q: Can I use your product if I am pregnant?
A: We advise not to. Please consult your physician.

Q: At what age should I start using "Anti-aging" skincare?
A: As early as your 20's, but it varies, due to environmental and lifestyle factors. It's preventative.

Q: What is the appropriate regimen for my skin?
A: It is advised to cleanse, tone, serum and moisturize AM and PM. For more cell turnover, you can do our Glycolic Miracle Mix 3x a week after cleansing, followed by serum, moisturizer and sunscreen. It's best to consult with a skincare specialist.

Q: Why use EGF Rejuvenating Serum and EGF Renew Crème together?
A: The aging process is multi-faceted and addresses specific concerns. Serums are more potent and repair moisturizer hydrates and helps keep the skin balanced. When using both products together it is more impactful. Putting a small amount of EGF Renew Crème in the palm and adding a few drops of serum, then mixing, the products go on better, and allow the crème to last longer.

Q: When will I have to reorder my product?
A: Cleanser: About 2-5 months
     Toner: 2-5 months
     Glycolic: 2-3 months
     EGF Rejuvenating Serum: 2-4 months
     EGF Renew Crème: 2-3 months

Q: Does the product expire?
A: In the U.S. there are no regulations or guidelines from the FDA about expiration dates for skincare or makeup products.
    If you keep your products in a controlled climate (no excess heat or cold), they should stay in good condition for up to 2 years. Still unsure? If smell or color has changed, discard.
